I'm a medical educator and looking for the best option for an LMS. Unfortunately I took Reach for a test-drive and it is missing several features I need (discussion boards, autoset release dates for modules, et al). I had high hopes to make Reach work as it would clearly be the easiest. I'm curious what other scorm-compliant LMS have been highly rated by others.

To answer your question, you need to prepare a detailed list describing your specific needs and requirements and then find the LMS that best meets those needs. SCORM compliance would be just one item on that list.
We use cornerstone (previously known as Saba). It has the features you mentioned above. The discussion board feature isn’t super user friendly but I enjoy the rest of the program.
