Wondering what other video creation tools are out there. I have only used Camtasia and absolutely love it, however, we have IT obstacles that prevent us from using it. Looking to see what others are using.
Hi Chris and welcome to the community! 🎉 If you're looking to do some screen recordings then I thought I'd share that in addition to Replay (which you mentioned), Articulate 360 also includes Peek and Storyline 360 recording options. You can do a lot with Adobe Premiere. Their website makes it easy to find the fee-per-month versions of their software.
However, they do still offer the "Elements" versions of Premiere and Photoshop. For those, you pay one time for a perpetual license (similar to Storyline 3). You won't get all the fancy functions nor regular upgrades. But you will probably get more than enough of the functionality you need.
