I'm working on a project with a lot of external links. We are using hot spots to trigger the links to open in a new window. We have the browser options set to:
Display in a new browser window
Default browser controls
Full-screen window size
However, when the user opens the link from a Storyline file published to our LMS (Oracle) the link opens in a new browser window but doesn't show any of the user's browser controls (only the address bar). I've tested in IE 9, Chrome, and Firefox. The client wants the browser controls so the learner can navigate through the websites.
