I am thinking of building a system assessed communication styles survey where participants select statements they agree with and based on these their communication style could be assessed. There are four styles and each statement has a assigned style. the style of which they selected the majority of the statements would be their style. Anyone have any idea how this could be done.
We do it this way. Requires some programming but seems to work well for us. We capture the results in a database so that we can do statistical analysis.
