Hi Anette! Here is an article from Upside Learning that might help. Although, I'd say that I generally put together course objectives and then determine what training modality will achieve that. For example, I put together an interviewing course and the best way to learn how to interview someone is to see it in action. It naturally lends itself to video. So, I'd really look for ways where someone needs to 'see it' to 'get it'. Then, create content around that to solidify their learning and break down what they just saw.
