Good Afternoon, we are looking for text to speech software that is compatible with our versions of Power Point, Articulate Engage, Articulate Presenter and Articulate Quiz Maker. A limited search on our end turn up a few possibilities; Speech over, Ivona, Natural Reader, Text to Speech Pro Elements and iSpeech. We need this software to build training modules in Power Point. These modules will ultimately be published to Learn Center. This email is a request of you to research and approve a version of text to speech software best compatible with our current version of our Articulate software.

Hi Bill and welcome to Heroes!
All TTS applications should be able to output to MP3, which is what you essentially want.
IMHO you should be looking to compare TTS engines that fit your content instead.
