I have a quiz where the learner looks at a picture of people on a boat and then they have to specify an age group, sex, and indication of if they person is wearing a life vest or not. The people on the image are not labeled as Passenger 1, Passenger 2, etc. So that means if I have 4 passengers, depending on how the learners complete passenger 1 info, there could be 4 correct options. my 4 correct combinations are:
male, between the ages of 18-40, wearing a life vest,
male, 12-18 wearing a life vest
Female, between the ages of 6 - 10, wearing a life vest
Female, between the ages of 18-40, wearing a life vest.
So Passenger 1 which would have radio buttons has to cover all these correct option combinations. Any thoughts on how I can set this up for each of the 4 passenger rows?

The quiz will show a picture of the boat along with the graphic below which is the quiz they complete. I am breaking out the Operator row (row 1) as it's own question. I have to keep the passenger rows on one slide.
