Looks like we might need to build a course comprising 20-30 videos, all of which are 5-15Mb WMVs. Have converted some using Video Encoder and the file sizes are tripling in most instances (output = large). Can't go any smaller because the detail is lost.
Are there any decent compression tools/techniques that retain visual/audio clarity while reducing file size?

Just had a go with Prism and the 480x360 output is about 10% smaller than the original WMV. No drop in quality either. Impressed so far.
