Confused by data! - Question about results in reports

Hi, I've got a question about the data provided in the results of the reports.  There seems to be inconsistencies in the amount viewed minute-by-minute... for example, at 8.41 pm (listed twice on the results) a student is recorded as having viewed both 0/81(0%) slides and 54/81(64%) slides within the same minute!  And yet at 8.42 pm it states that they have viewed 3/81 (4%).  It's a bit confusing. Not sure how to interpret it.

Also wondered if it was possible to get a summary of each viewer's completion result for individual presentations rather than a list of dates and times that they viewed the content.     Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
