Hi Tammy,

Have you uploaded the course to an LMS or web server to test this or are you testing the published output locally? Also what course authoring tool are you using - Storyline or Studio - and do you know which version? Can you also share a bit more information about what browser you're viewing the content in as well?

I am also experiencing the same issue. Our course is being tested on a third-party LMS and I don't know what browser they view it in. 

The version of Storyline I was using was 360 & I can tell you that when we tested on our own server LMS, the prompt operated just fine.

What questions should I ask them to look at for fixing this issue?

Hi Melissa,

Does ever user encounter the problem with the course not resuming? I'd look to see if there was an LMS specific setting that could be overriding what you set in Storyline. 

Another question would be figuring out what browser they're using to make sure it's a supported browser. You said Storyline 360 - so all those browsers are documented here. 

If they are also able to share if it's the Flash vs. HTML5 output that would help you test again on your own LMS.
