Creating an interactive e-learning for machine hardware overview

Mar 26, 2018

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has an idea or example of a machine hardware overview he did with Storyline.

I'm trying to get an inspiration on how to present components of a system

Many Thanks

Hi, Meital:

So like part of a computer or something? You might start brainstorming ideas around labelled graphics interactions -- those classic Engage interactions (or something like it) come to mind.

If you would post an image that's sort of like the hardware you have to treat, I'm sure we can help you even more. --Daniel

Meital:

Another idea, if you are using Storyline, is to have a slider interaction
that allows you to slide through different perspectives of the machine.
Basically, you would take a whole bunch of pictures in an ordered
progression. On each layer, you could use callouts for the pieces you
wanted to highlight. If you need, I can dig up some examples the Heroes
have created.

Yet another idea, if you can do video, is to give a video tour of the
inside of the machine. Probably need a video pro to make this work,
however.
