Creative, engaging and interactive math/calculation/return on investment etc. eLearning

Aug 11, 2016

Hi Everyone,

I work in a bank.  I have just started to work in HR Division of the bank. I am a newbie at articulate.

We have a long and very boring “interest calculation and return on investment” eLearning. I want to create an engaging and interactive new eLearning on this topic. But the topic really limits my ability. I don’t have any idea where to begin.

I'd love to hear your thoughts or to see examples to be inspired. Did anyone prepare this kind of eLearning?  Calculation or math or so on?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

 Thank you in advance.

Hi Onder,

Not sure what about this topic your learners need to learn. But if it's how to put the principles into practice, I might consider something like a live calculator tool and case studies where they have to advise the customer/client on the best choices for their situation.

Layout the different mini-case studies with varying parameters.  One business/customer is not sure what the time horizon should be...... another is limited on upfront funds but is willing to invest more over time.... etc.    Mix it up so that the most common situations are represented.

Then have your learner, by using the calculator, make a recommendation to the client on the best way to go, and show the results of that choice to close off each case study.

Hope this helps!
