A state requirement says a course should have a customer survey at the end of every course. If the course has a post test, can a survey slide be added at the end. How do I gather the survey data into a meaningful report?
An easy way to do this is to make a survey online with Google survey, survey monkey etc. Then insert it in your course at the end as a web object. Hope this helps.
