Daily or weekly review questions by email

Hi, all, I'm researching ways we can keep employee information fresh by using a daily or weekly refresher interaction by email. The idea is to send one question. If they answer correctly they get a brief reinforcement, and if incorrect a brief remediation. It's for employees in a call center type environment so we don't want them off the phones for long, but we have talked about putting a leaderboard on their team page. We have a Workday LMS but it's new to us. I'm going to talk to our resident expert shortly but wonder if anybody has alternative ideas. Mailchimp is the one I was asked to investigate but it's hard to find any use cases via Google to see how well it works for that.

You can create diverging paths in Mailchimp based on answers. So if they answer correctly they can be taken to one page, and if incorrectly, they can be taken to another.
