Working for a new organisation where everyone has skype for office as a business phone with cordless headsets. There is a delay when the vidoes are playing within the elearning until the audio drops in. Has anyone experienced this before and have a solution. When it is playing you miss the first 4-6 seconds of audio until it kicks into the headset.
We have the same issue here at my employer. I haven't tested it yet, but was thinking the solution would be to have the audio start just a 1/2 second or so after the timeline begins.
