Different browsers

Hello,
We came across the following issue.
When an external provider of e-learning modules gives us the exported zip files.
And we load this in our LMS we get different views of resolution within different browsers.
The provider works with articulate presenter, but this is sometimes the case with articulate storyline 2 as well.
In the attachment, you can see the different versions.
-IE has the correct resolution version.
-Chrome has the wrong resolution version
-Edge has the wrong resolution version.
I contacted our LMS provider and because we see that the player (grey box) is rendered in the correct way and not the content we think it can be an export setting. But we can't find what.
Is their anyway we can make the modules work in every browser?
PS: all of the browsers are the latest updates.

Edge is not a supported browser for Storyline 2. I would test in scormcloud and see if you get the same issues, this way you can see if it is LMS or Score package causing the issues.
We did several tests in and outside the LMS and all the same problem.
We came to the conclusion it is not the LMS itself that cause the problems.
It might be related to the zoom settings in the browser, I don't think you will ever get edge to work right, I would open a support case as this shouldn't be happening.
I can understand that it will never work in edge properly because indeed. Articulate doesn't support edge. But it should work in Chrome.
I did make sure that the zoom settings are at 100% because in the past we had some issues with the zoom.
I also asked for a support case at articulate and they will look into it.
But thank you for your reply and suggestions.
I'll update this post as soon as I get a solution, maybe for in the future this can help other people.
