Does anyone have a formal material review process they follow to ensure the ILT/OLT materials developed reach the intended goal and adhere to compliance guidelines? In a past position I held with another company I had a strict material review process all training material had to go through prior to any publishing or facilitation could occur. If you have a material review process and you are able to share it with me please forward the information to nickgmartinez@hotmail.com.
