Yep, lots of choices for all different levels of knowledge. If you want decent support, then stay with the bigger brands; Dell, HP etc.
Hardware wise; pick a brand and look for the higher end hardware; good processor, good graphics and good RAM - the higher end price will normally be a good indicator. Hard drives are not that important (size wise) as you can have plenty of external storage. However, look at Solid State drives (pretty much the go now-a-days) for speed and reliability as your initial hard drive (internal).

I have a 2017 Dell XPS 15" with 16GB of RAM, 1 TB SSHD, and a dedicated video card and I run everything that you have mentioned with no issues at all.
