Engage '13 doesn't restart when reviewing slides + zoom option
Mar 15, 2017
Hi
I created a course with quiz completion within Articulate and added an Engage interaction (process of 4 steps). I was satisfied how it looked in preview, but came to a problem when someone would fail the quiz and wants to view the slide content again (by clicking FINISH button, you go back to first slide). When you then come to the point where the Engage interaction starts, it didn't restart at the first step, but the last step was shown... Is there a solution for?
Another thing I'm curious about. In Presenter I work with a lot of printscreens, so they can be quite small... Is there an option like in Engage to zoom or a workaround?
Thank you.

Hi Fenno - How do you have the resume behavior set within your Engage Interaction? That should help with how that looks upon revisit.
As far as your zoom question, are you utilizing a Zoom Interaction template or something else?
There is an option when adding pictures:

Just let me know if you need further assistance.
The Resume behavior is set on 'Prompt to resume'. But I submitted a case, and the answer was that there isn't a built-in option in Presenter that will allow you to reset the Engage interaction from the beginning when revisiting.. There is a workaround by publishing the Engage as web delivery and after that put it in Presenter as web object.
For the zoom image I think you didn't understand me properly. I wanted a zoom option for Presenter. In Engage, I know about the button 'Zoom Image'.
But still thank you Leslie.
Glad you were able to get the assistance that you needed Fenno and I appreciate you sharing the solutions here in the community as well :)
