I am not a developer/designer and hoping for some tips on realistic time estimation to develop instructional videos for systems training using Articulate 360. Would be looking at:
- Maximum 5 minute videos that step through a particular process(s) within a system (e.g. how to login, how to navigate, how to add a profile etc) with audio to outline the steps.
What would a reasonable estimate be of how long to develop, edit and finalise one video of this type? Does it differ with the number of videos to develop or can I assume I just multiple the design time based on number of videos?
Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Trying to get the budget for the design sorted before we commence with anything.

I would put aside about 30 minutes to an hour to record each video and then at least 5 hours to edit and get where you want it to be.
