Is it possible in any of the Articulate programs to record actions taking place on the screen? This is not a question about embedding a video (but any tips on that would be appreciated). Instead, we are looking to create an e-learning training demonstrating how to complete a form in one of systems, step by step. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Yes, Storyline allows you to create step-by-step screen recordings, see here.
