Feedback scroll bar on iPad published with SL2 not working.

Any ideas on how to get the scroll bar to work on the feedback layer of a SL2 generated multiple choice quiz on an iPad? All other scroll bars on base layers and sub layers work fine, just the autogenerated feedback layers. 

btw. they work fine on laptop and desktop - this is just html5 version.
