In Storyline, you could always insert a button and place a "exit course" trigger on it. Pretty sure that trigger exists. You could also probably find a way to rename the submit button and have it read "finish" or something, but to be honest at the last slide, I'd probably have a pretty button on the actual screen. A bit more noticeable and special that way.
