Fixed menu or header on slides

Hi everyone!
Just a quick question: Is it possible to have a fixed header or menu in Storyline? Or a workaround with CSS or Javascript? Anyone experience with this?
I designed a course and would love to have a fixed menu at the top, while the pages have a push transition, see image below.
Hopefully one of you guys has advice on how to do this.

Multiple ways to approach this... I would probably build out your menu on a master slide and then apply that layout to all the slides in your project.
The elements of the menu are already on the master slide, but putting them on the master slide does notfix them on the slide.
It should.
