I'm working in Storyline 3 and just published a file to LMS SCORM 1.2. After sending it to my LMS, they emailed back saying that the fonts have changed and attached the screenshots you'll see here. When I open the actual storyline file, everything appears to be fine. What could be causing this? I have the correct fonts installed on my computer, so I'm not sure how to fix it.
Update: I have tested this in SCORM Cloud and am having the same challenge. The font looks fine on my computer, I publish/upload/open to test, it changes the font and makes it unreadable.
This sometimes happens when the font you are using isn't full featured - for example you're using a bold or italic effect, but the installed font doesn't have that version.
When on you're local system, your computer will approximate the effect, but when you publish and run from another system (LMS or SCORM Cloud) it displays those weird characters.
It depends on how you've set up your master slides... I'd do a quick test to see if you can switch it just using the master - otherwise you may need to touch each slide.

Thanks!

What is the font you are using?
Ok - thanks for the info! It's called Dosis. Is there an easy way to apply a change over an entire module? Or would I need to visit each slide?
Hi Jenna,
