We are using SuccessFactors LMS and use Articulate Storyline and Studio to create courses which we later publish in LMS.
We face issues many a times where the system settings is not in place and the learner is required to adjust PC settings manually so that the course progress smoothly. one of our vendor (Skillsoft) has designed courses in such a way that launch page displays a clicklink to navigate to the system settings page in case the learner faces issues with course launching (enclosed screenshot).
I have tried to create the same by adding a link to the first slide of my project but unfortunately that didn't help because the course did even get to that far. Can you suggest any possible solution to this?

Is this course larger than the others? It could be having trouble loading because of the file size.
No. The course size is not much it ranges from 7 MB to 60 MB.
