Hi everyone,
I'm currently designing an e-learning programme on medicine management as part of my university project. I am quite new to e-learning designing and need some help.
I was wondering if any one knows on good sites where I can download free images to use in my e-learning package. The images that I need are mainly healthcare based for example images showing certain symptoms.
Any help will be great.
Thanks
Sumaiya

Tom put together a great blog post on this and I've found several of his suggestions useful:

Hi,
Am Ralph, i would like to have some help. i am working on an e-learning package which am using articulate presenter, after synchronizing and my content which contains lines, arc, boxes and other objects created with PowerPoint gets distorted when published into LMS. Can any one help me get a solution to this graphical problem
The Center for Disease Control has some images available that I've found useful in the past.
Warning: They can be graphic and also can be quite dated, but I've found them most useful when I'm looking for images of things like Chicken Pox, measles, or x-rays showing Pneumonia. Also good if I want a microscopic image of a disease that doesn't present itself visually (like HIV).
