I previously worked at a company called NetLearning, which offers an LMS specifically designed by healthcare professionals to make sure it specifically works for that industry (auto-enrollments, compliance stuff, etc.). They also had a really good user community when I was there. I found it to be a pretty solid LMS (I was technical support and then a software trainer for that software). We use moodle, works fine the articulate. we have 2500 users at the last count. Relatively inexpenseve (costs approx £800 per year)
