I've embedded videos into a bunch of slides. At the end of each video, there is a trigger on the page that will advance the learner to the next page. On 20 of the slides, it works perfect. On two of them, the video runs out and then the screen goes white (the trigger also disappears). I have no idea why this is happening. The trigger and the screen cast end at the same time on the timeline, and I have the end of the time line touching both objects.
Any thoughts on what I can do? I've compared to my slides that do work a bunch of times and do not see anything obvious.
It’s hard to say without seeing. I am assuming the trigger you are using is a jump to slide, next slide, when timeline on media ends (?).
An initial point to check would be that the troublesome slides aren’t at the end of a scene; but in this case the trigger would need to change to either a jump to scene, next scene, trigger or by point to a specific slide.
Other than that, my suggestion would be to duplicate a working slide and then change the video (assuming it is only a matter of changing videos and not too much other work);
