Help! Unable to view Storyline course in Amazon S3

Can you confirm if you are following these steps to publish and upload the content:

Thanks for replying Nicole. Yes I did follow the steps as listed in Publishing a Project for Web.

I did another trial just now but I get the same blank screen, The only thing I can see is the name of the course in the browser after it opens.I am able to launch the same course from Dropbox though but I don't want that to be my long term option.

Is that the only file you uploaded? Or did you upload the entire folder that it Storyline publishes to? 

Yes, I only uploaded the story.html file and not the entire folder.

Okay, you need to upload the entire folder for it to work. When you go to
the URL, you'll use the story.html file to go to it :).

I finally figured out how to get my files to play from Amazon S3. I put the steps I followed  in this thread.
