how to get audio onto power point presentation

Ok -I am new to this - I have been using  Adobe Captivate and I can record to each slide of a presentation - no problem -

I was given Articulate and When I click on Insert, the audio icon is greyed out - how do I get to record?

Hi Phyllis! Are you trying to insert audio while you are in Story View or have you selected the individual slide you are wanting to add audio too?

I know from Story View, all the buttons on the Insert ribbon will be grayed out.
If you select the individual slide, you should have three options under the Audio button:

  • Audio from File
  • Record Mic
  • Text to Speech
