How to import a PPT template?

Hi all
After about an hour of unsuccesful tries I dare to ask here, what I'm doing wrong when trying to Import our Company PPT slide set into SL.
I started a new project on a plane white template and wanted to - btw, is it possible to let my Projects start directly with my company template and how would I do that? - and now I'm trying to give it my company template.
Yet, I have only the blank template available and when I try to import - how I do this is seen on below attachement 2 - our company template, I get below error. I also add the PP, so you could have a look if necessary. I also tried to import it as .ppt and .pptx but received same error message.
Could anyone advise what my problem is?

Hi Roland
I downloaded your .potx file and opened it in PPT then saved it as a .pptx file. Then imported that into SL360 and saved the SL file as a .storytemplate.
See if that helps you.

I did the same again, acc. to your description, and this time it worked!?!? I couldn't tell, what I did differently than the first time.

Same thing happens when I tell my husband something's not working. He just looks at it and all of a sudden it does. :)

I call that a "demonstration effect", Sara :-). Glad I have a screenshot of the error message though. Otherwise I'd have to pinch myself ;-).
