Hello Malvika! It's hard to know exactly without the file, but my guess is the shapes were inserted from Content Library 360. If you go to the Insert tab, click Icons, and type the continent, you can scroll a little bit until you find something that looks similar. You'll know if it works if you can ungroup it. The individual countries will show up on the timeline as freeform shapes, and you can change each one to a different color. Here's a similar example that you can download to see what that looks like behind the scenes. Hope that helps!
