I recently published a presentation in Articulate that had a image of a duck and a logo. When I previewed the presentation the images were gone. I really need some advice on what could have happened to my logo and image and what I can do to rectify the problem to meet my deadline.
I ran into this issue before, after some creative troubleshooting I believe is a bug where the original file gets corrupted in some way.
Try opening a brand new (blank) project in Storyline, then open your troubled project and copy all the slides to the new one. In other instances, the original slide may be the problem and that means you have to copy only the content onto a new slide.
