Improving Navigation Experience with Storyline course in Thinkific

I've read through some of the discussions on  using the Thinkific platform with Articulate Rise and Storyline, but did not come across one that might help me with this challenge...if one exists, please link me to it :)

We've been publishing Storyline courses to Thinkific and as we expected, the presence of Thinkific navigation buttons (and menus) at the same time as the Storyline course being on screen has sometimes caused navigation confusion. In our case we have an "END THIS LESSON" button that we customized in Thinkific to try to make it clear that it is not a NEXT button of the Storyline course. We've also placed navigation instructions letting people know to not click "End this Lesson" until instructed to do so in the storyline course, but it still happens.

Before I look into what coding in Thinkific might be possible to resolve this, I'm wondering if anyone here has great examples (screen shots would work) of how you've integrated a storyline course experience into Thinkific so that navigation is intuitive and seamless. And if that was achieved, was it a result of coding in Thinkific or just some settings that you adjusted?
