Inserting Engage as Flash object in Presenter
Feb 25, 2011
I'm not sure where to post this question since it's related to Presenter and Engage but thought I would start here. There was a conversation in the old forums at http://www.articulate.com/forums/articulate-engage/16923-inserting-engage-flash-object-presenter.html#post78034 on Inserting Engage as Flash object in Presenter. It was just what I was looking for and had a helpful Screenr from David Anderson. I've watched the screener several times and have been able to get the process to work a couple times but not always. I think the issue is that I'm not sure what the sequence of steps should be. Is this conversation available in the new forums or what is the best way for me to ask for specific help on the process?
Thanks for all the resources and help.

Hi Donna,
I have not had time to check, but I think Dave Moxon has stuff like this on his blog. Check it out at: http://daveperso.mediaenglishonline.com/
Hi Donna,
I also have used David's tutorial on it and it worked great but there are some tricks to pay attention to. Here's a link to David's screenr on "How to insert an Engage interaction as a Flash object." I think this is the one you are looking for.
Thanks for your replies, Joe and Robert. I had also seen David Fair's (articulatedf) post at https://player.vimeo.com/video/143915670 which includes information on linking to Engage interactions within Presenter as Web objects. That ended up seeming to be a little more straightforward and is working fine (after David helped me work out a couple kinks with that process). It's nice to know there are so many people willing to help in working through all the possibilities.
Hi Donna
There is also a useful screenr from Tom on how to create a master slide for inserting interactions as flash objects. Definitely useful if you want to hide the "Next Slide" button
In terms of steps here is what I always do:
Hope this helps in terms of written instructions
