Interactive training Launch system

Hi all, I'm trying to decide how to get a launchpad working for students to start training modules that also can pull data from a database to change the look of the launch pad. An example is attached - You could see that along the student's training journey, as they complete modules the pins turn a different color. Also, hovering over a pin will give them stats from the database. Click on the pin will start that module. I don't think Engage can do it and never used Storyline... Any ideas/guidance would be fabulous... We use our own Database/LMS, not Articulates LMS.

You can do it if all the modules are within one storyline course, I suspect they are outside of the course. If it is a dashboard on your website then you will need a web developer to build this.
