Is it possible to embed fill-able graphic organizers or use student input to generate a downloadable chart?

Hi all! Is it possible to embed fill-able graphic organizers or use student input to generate a downloadable chart? Been looking around the discussions and there are a couple similar things, referring to data entry, text inputs with triggers... it's all quite new to me. In our course, students fill out graphic organizers in response to prompts within the coursework. The coursework of course is in the LMS but the graphic organizers currently must be downloaded by the students, completed in a word processor, and later uploaded. The back and forth is not ideal, so we're hoping there's some way to embed this into our course.  We're using Talent LMS and they say it's not possible as a native function of the LMS. Is it possible through Storyline/Rise or another facet of Articulate?  We would create the activity in Articulate and then upload it as SCORM to Talent... I think... I didn't even know what SCORM was a week ago so this is a lot of new stuff. Anyway,  I've seen that we can trigger text input to send email, but is it somehow possible to link it to a cell in a spreadsheet assigned to a user?   Thank you in advance!

I would also be very interested in hearing a possible solution to this! I am trying to create a weekly calendar/schedule that the learner can fill in to help them plan out their daily tasks. It would require multiple text entries per day across all 7 days of the week. The instructor would need to be able to see the responses (essentially, a submitted assignment or quiz), while the learner would need to be able to save/print their weekly plan. I can provide an example if that would help, though it sounds like it would be very similar to the graphic organizer Sonja mentions above. Any insights would be very much appreciated!!
