I want to know is tracing of downloadable files is possible? like how many files has been downloaded in any of articulate products. I have few excel sheets, which I am going to use in articulate studio or storyline, but I want to trace, who and how many people has downloaded the files?
and I want clarification whether there is any option like user can type there doubts or notes to send mail or to print in Articulate studio 13 or in storyline?
Please, anyone clarify my doubts and let me know how can it be done? thanks in advance.
