Downloaded Documents from SCORM packages renamed

Hi all,

We have found that when adding downloadable files (e.g. Word documents) to a RISE package that is then added to our LMS as a SCORM package, the files have a string of letters/numbers added to their names when downloaded by our students. Is there a known way of preventing this and keeping the file names consistent with how they were added to RISE?

Our LMS is Moodle 3.10
