E- learning designer

Permanent Position

Hours: 36.5 per week. Monday to Friday

Ashorne Hill Management College is looking for an innovative and self-motivated person with skills and experience in graphical design, and a strong technical proficiency, to become an e-learning designer.

The role will involve taking learning requirements and basic course materials, researching theory to gain greater insights, and turning them into engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and other desktop packages. Working under the supervision of the Head of e-learning, you will need to be creative, organised, have great attention to detail, and be able to learn new skills quickly. You will need to critique and develop the use of language, and visual communication content to design and deliver interactive e-learning content to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a good formal academic education with a degree, good communication skills both written and oral. Previous experience of Articulate Storyline would be a distinct advantage, but on the job training will be provided.

Salary £22k to £25k depending on experience plus excellent benefits
