I go by Elearning Designer. That's how HR categorizes my team. I would prefer instructional designer because I write and storyboard more than build courses.
My HR department (= me) calls me both E-Learning Designer and Instructional Designer. I take projects from end to end, and think if I were to use just one of those titles it wouldn't quite capture that.
