"Jumping" Knowledge Check

Hi, e-learning heroes:
I just received a comment from the client that one of the knowledge checks (quiz question) "jumped sideways" to the left side of the screen (obscuring the outline/thumbnails/notes menu) once the client submitted the answer. Apparently, the client couldn't continue until she clicked the "finish" button. She was able to refresh the page and move on, though.
I believe she is using Google's chrome browser. Ever heard of such a thing? I haven't been able to replicate it.
Thanks so much.

Hi Dan,
I have not had that issue with the Chrome browser, but you might want to check the screen resolution your client is using as well. I have seen some odd things happen if there are movies and other media that are locked at a specific size while the slide is not.
Thanks, Robert. She also clarified that she hit the enter button instead of the submit button, so it may be as simple as that. Do you know how I check which screen resolution the client is using? I understand how to set the size for flash movies (keeping it the same size as the ppt slide, but that's about as far as my knowledge goes re: screen resolution). Thanks, again.
