Help with Publishing Course to Knowledge Connection

I created a course for a client who uses Knowledge Connection (Conduent) as their LMS.  She is having difficulty publishing my Articulate Storyline 360 Course to it.  I've read all the support documents, showed her the publishing options  (she uses SCORM).  She says that the file only downloads to 5% and never moves beyond that and then eventually disappears.  Does anyone have experience with Knowledge Connection or any suggestions that I could offer to her?

Hi Ellen,

Sorry to hear your client is coming across these issues! A way to ensure the course publishes correctly is to LMS is to test the output in SCORM Cloud.

If all works there, my suggestion would be to reach out to Knowledge Connection to review their requirements for publishing to their LMS and ensure you've selected the right options during the publish.
