Learning Designer Needed

We are seeking a Learning Designer (the next level of instructional design) to create interactive online environments that facilitate learning for maintenance and operations personnel in the transit industry. Candidate needs to be able to apply gaming dynamics and creative presentation techniques to create engaging learning environments with measurable effectiveness.

Duties include:
+ Educational requirements elicitation and analysis
+ Knowledge acquisition from Subject Matter Experts and technical documentation
+ Storyboard development as specifications for implementation
+ Project coordination to assure the completion of an effective learning environment design
+ Performing quality assurance to make sure that the e-learning product effectively implements the design and meets the client's needs

The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and be highly effective in geographically dispersed, collaborative teams. Some travel required: company located in Atlanta, GA but potential jobs are all over USA.
