Leaving in the middle of a quiz and restarting the quiz

Is there a way to exit Articulate quizmaker when your in the middle of a quiz and return where you left off? for example; I answered question 12 in Articulate Quizmaker. I get called away in the middle of the quiz for an emergency which took about 2 hours. Do I  have to restart the quiz again from the beginning or can I pick up where I left off on question 13, saving what I have already answered? If so can you please direct me to the instructions or link.  Thank You
