Likert Averages

Hi,

I want to build a series of likert survey questions (1-6), and then based on the average score of all of the scores on the likert, link to a particular slide (or change the state of an object).

I'm basically building an online learning needs analysis where users rate there confidence for each area of our product, and then it automatically provides them with a list of recommended training courses they should attend.

I know I could probably do it by designing a single multiple choice question for every question, however I have a lot of questions (260!).

Any ideas or suggestions would be great as I'm scratching my head a bit!
