I try to use the localStorage in my course made in Storyline 360. Everything works , when I open this project in Chrome and Firefox. It doesn't work when I use IE and Edge. I prepared some other example using simply html code and then localStorage also works from IE and Edge. Do you have any idea, where the problem is? Perhaps code html5 created by Storyline is not so "readable" for Microsoft browsers?

Have you checked caniuse.com? You can try visiting here for the feature "localStorage" and looking under the "known issues" tab to see if your problem lies there.
