Need custom developer ASAP

Hi my name is Julian Hall from the United Kingdom. I would like some help from a custom developer to create an e-learning exercise using Articulate Studio 2 and a preferred LMS as a pilot.
Using your own Articulate installation and exporting to web so I can view it, if I'm happy with it then we can discuss options of how the other exercises can be done. Initially I really just need to see one up and running.
I've attached a wireframe of the pilot / example exercise and also a project questionnaire which may help to answer anymore of your questions.
Lastly I need this turned around very quickly.

No I found someone in the end, but I do need someone who can help me setup an LMS? Requirements below…
I need an LMS service that can deliver:
* Mobile readiness: obviously this is paramount, so it should be the first question to ask.
* An environment that can sustain a certain amount of users logged in at any given time (this depends on your business need -- I believe this number can be flexible, for instance if more users are logged in at any given point they should be able to accommodate)
* Regular maintenance, including managing updates for whatever LMS program they're using
