Does anyone have, or know of, a good computer-based Customer Service training module that I could purchase for a client? If not, does anyone know of good resources I could review to build my own module?
Customer service is a pretty broad topic. Having done customer service training for retail myself, I can tell you that it is different than say, CS training for a call center. Can you be more specific about the gap that exists that the training might fill and that might get you closer to finding the right training for them.
Thanks Judy. I'm looking for soft skill training for our badging office staff. They deal with new staff, existing staff, and visitors, issuing staff badges, proximity card access (electronic tag in the badge to open doors), and issuing keys. They also often deal with foreign nationals. So they deal face-to-face with internal and external customers.
I'm sure some of the more experienced developers would know of out of the box programs, but why not use your description and build your module(s) using scenarios?
