Customer service is a pretty broad topic.  Having done customer service training for retail myself, I can tell you that it is different than say, CS training for a call center.  Can you be more specific about the gap that exists that the training might fill and that might get you closer to finding the right training for them.

Thanks Judy.  I'm looking for soft skill training for our badging office staff.  They deal with new staff, existing staff, and visitors, issuing staff badges, proximity card access (electronic tag in the badge to open doors), and issuing keys.  They also often deal with foreign nationals.  So they deal face-to-face with internal and external customers.
